Thai Iced Milk Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Thai tea Extra Gold
1 pc. strainer/ filter paper
2-3 Tablespoon evaporated milk or any preferred milk
1 tablespoon condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup hot water
ice cubes/ crushed ice
Directions:
- Steep the tea and spices in boiling water for five minutes and then strain the tea leaves using strainer
- Stir in the sugar and sweetened condensed milk until both are completely dissolved.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Pour the tea over the ice, leaving an inch or so of space at the top for the evaporated milk.
- Put the evaporated milk.
- Do not stir allow the milk to mix on its own.
- Serve and enjoy your thai iced milk tea
