So, the recent rave in the category of spreads is Trader Joe's Speculoos Cookie Butter. Nutella jars must be so jealous because the pre selling of these jars are always sold out.

 And now, Gonuts Donuts have definitely seen the hype, adapted its taste and made their own tasty mix to it by having the glazed donut topped with the cookie butter. It was first released on April 1, 2013. The cookie butter itself tastes cinnamon, with a little gingery kick (Maybe that's just me imagining the taste.) and what I like about this is that it doesn't have that over the top sweetness that makes you wanna leave the donut unfinished and with classic glaze it's just a perfect combination. 

All in all, it is a delish flavor and a great addition to its other flavors and I must say that it truly is a piece of heaven in your hands.

I just found out that Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream is now available again at selected Rustan's Supermarket. They also come in various forms ( 1 pint, ice cream bars, and the small tub). The pictures were not of quality due to the fact that I've taken them in a haste because I've been standing there for too long and the staff is looking at me weirdly. 

In the end my sister and I bought the small tubs because they are so cute and handy. The flavors are Chocolate Fudge Brownie, Cherry Garcia and Vanilla. When it's your first time to try this one, you'll be able to tell that it's a quality product with its rich flavor, creamy goodness, it doesn't melt easily and it glides in your mouth perfectly. With great quality comes with a great price too so don't be surprised if it is more expensive than other ice cream brands out there. I will definitely try other flavors!

This is my new favorite flavor and it tastes like maraschino cherries and it's not so overwhelmingly sweet.

Home Made Crust Ingredients

1 & 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon honey or sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Home Made Filling Ingredients

1 pkg. softened cream cheese

250 ml all purpose cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind

1/4 cup honey or sugar

Topping

1/2 cup fresh blueberries or preserves

Directions for Blueberry Cream Pie No-Bake Recipe

1.  Place the crushed grahams in a mixing bowl and add remaining crust ingredients, gently stir to combine. Press using a fork into a 9-inch pie plate.

2. Cut cream cheese into chunks and combine with other filling ingredients in mixer or you can beat them until  they are smooth.

3. Dissolve the gelatin powder with the whole milk in a sauce pan in low heat. Mix it to the cream cheese while it is still hot

4. Pour filling over crust, smoothing with a spatula. Arrange blueberries (or other berries) on top.

5. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, then cut into wedges to serve
